Is Collateral Damage the answer to terrorism?

I would like to ask all those who have been terrorized by the attack on Mumbai, do you feel free? Do you think, finally it is over? How do you feel after a fortnight?

I think I know the answer,

I sure each one of you is having sleepless nights……,

Every time some thing moves or a sound is heard you are startled……,

You want to avoid being alone and be with your family and friends, fearing you might loss them.

The media is full of stories that speak about what India wants Pakistan to do and what Pakistan wants to do, in between what USA what both of us to do.

Why are we still taking……why no action has been taken on these terrorist outfits, other banning them? Pakistan has the audacity to say they will not handover any of the wanted terrorist and conduct trails in their country. We all know the outcome of such trails, it is nothing but hogwash. To add up to our miseries are the responses of our politicians “war is not an option”.

Then what is an option …..

What is it that will bring relief to all those who have suffered at the hands of this terrorist?

What is the option to create a safe and peaceful society, where everyone lives amicably?

What is the option for those who have survived but are so traumatized, that life will never be the same ……

I have an option, we have our history to guide us, we have succeeded in the past and I am sure we will succeed once again……….

But before that, let us discuss a singular common reason that has helped terrorist outfit flourish. Every terrorist outfits have repeatedly exploited the poor. Globally the terrorist outfits recruit young boys & girls, who are from the lower strata of the society, where meeting ends or gathering basis necessity of life is challenge. This young generation are lured by promising better life for their loved ones, they sacrifice their own life so that basis necessity can provided to their loved ones.

Coming back to the only option left ……A Bullet for a Bullet, the super cop Julius Ribeiro formula.

For every person that has been killed, we must kill as many of them, no mercy to anyone who supports or even have remote connection with them at any stage. Create an environment so that every person dreads to associate with terrorist, their own people should outcast them at every stage. These terrorist strive on the support of the religion, family, friends and their social circles, we must eradicate all support system, only then we will have a fearless society for our families & friends …..

A bullet for a bullet ---------an eye for an eye -------- kill all those who don’t deserve to live ……..amen

Beware of the Hogwash

Hi,

Thanks friend for the response on my last posting, every one has the right to put down their views on this blog, the intension is to bring out the emotions and look at solutions that are the guiding light for other.

I would like to put forth a new dimension to the sequence of events that have unfolded post the gruesome attack, the ruling party quickly understood the kind of outrage the citizens of India have shown towards the attack at got into action almost immediately with both the incompetent home ministers sacked. The Pakistan counter part summoned and given the list of wanted criminals and finally meeting with the big brother USA ( we will never become a super power as long as we don’t stop calling on USA for intervention, we could have gone to the U.N forum instead) last but not the least the CM asked to resign .

What is it that the congress is doing? Do they really mean business? I doubt it, we all know that it is election time and they need to be in the good books of the Indian masses, who currently are not in a mood to spare anyone, be it the ruling party, opposition or for that matter arrogant politician who are embarrassing every citizen by the words they speak.

Frankly I don’t believe anyone of them, what I see happening...... out of the 19 most wanted criminals we will be able to get one or two not so important ones and the rest will flee out of Pakistan for a few days, if lucky we might see a few encounter in POK nothing more.

Do let me know your view on the same ………

Was the Nariman house operation successful ?

Hi friends,

Today is yet another day that i have gone through all the coverages appeared in the media , each passing day makes me feel like a patient in a trauma recovery unit, each day I try to wipe out the memories of the traumatic incident but it just keeps coming back.

In the last one week, i have observed that my vision is always blurred, as my eyes keep responding to the emotional roller coaster of my heart. I wanted to sit and cry, but tears would not roll down.

Why is it that I want to cry ? I keep asking this to myself, what is it that i have lost ? Who are they? non of them related to me nor a friend then why?

The mind is a clever part of our anatomy, it always tries to win over the heart, always looks for reasoning & logic, but today i think my heart has won.

I want to cry for the baby, who has no parents both of the them dead in the nariman house encounter.

I want to cry for the son who was the only support of a 75yrs old father

I want to cry for the young lad who joined his first job and brought hope to the family

I want to cry for 100's of them who lost their lives, for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

With sorrow also comes anger, the pain, the suffering.............

I want to ask a few basic questions to all those who have praised the NSG, Police and the other armed forces....was this the best that they could do ? do you consider this a successful operation

some points to ponder ....
  • At no given time there were more than two terrorist shooting at people in one place, as they seem to have directive to spread out
  • The terrorist had entered a building with no intension of leaving
  • There was not exit for the terrorist
  • It was clear in the first hour that they did not have any demands and just wanted to kill
  • Then why did the army and the navy (which have a base in Mumbai not help the incompetent police force)
  • When the NSG platoon was equipped with commandos, why did they not enter the building and kill them immediately some hostages could have lost their lives but some more could have been saved
  • Why did the NSG not use any other method like tear gas or smoke bomb.
  • Why did they get the helicopter so late when they are available in Mumbai itself.
I think the Nariman house operation was a total disaster, the terrorist moved to a one floor they were two in number and the the NSG platoon 200 in number and they could not save a single life the kid & the nanny was saved because the terrorist did not want to get disturbed.

All the the armed forces put together could not counter 10 terrorist for three horrific days, and we say that we have one of the best armed forces and the police that is second to non.

Please respond .......

Is It War ?

Friends,
Kudos to all the Jawans and the security agencies, who fought bravely during the last three day only so that we saw yet another beautiful day ………In the same breath, my heart goes out to the martyr who lost their lives saving Mumbai from the wrath of terrorists…….May their souls rest in peace and god give strength to their families in theses times of suffering …..

As pain and suffering comes to an end, my heart and mind gets even more restless. There are moments when I feel helpless and insecure for my family and friends …..Are we all going to lead our lives like sheep, goats & chickens…..? Who do not know their fate, animals that lead their life at the mercy of others and wait every day to be slaughtered for some weird satisfaction or gain?

I want to question all those in power, the politicians who are responsible for the misery in our lives, why are we not doing anything? Why are we so helpless?

Simple and basic logic comes to my mind, Today there is no country in the world that wants to launch a military offensive on any other country for a simple reason that there is more to loss than to gain. Most of the countries are strong enough to cater to any foreign invasion, then why is it that we are not able to fight a handful of these terrorist outfits and eradicate the menace of terrorism from its root?

We all know that sometime the best way to defend is to get offensive, the time has come that every country join hands together and launches an offensive on these terrorist outfit, who claim to work for the betterment of the minority community.

LeT and other outfits put together know too well that they would never be able to face military combat of the smallest country in the world leave aside INDIA, that is the reason they have started using they age old warfare technique guerilla warfare, IT IS A WAR out there. In the last one year, we have seen some gruesome attack on the nation.

Let us all unite and declare war on the entire terrorist community, not only for you and me but for the generations to come, it is our responsibility to give them a safe and secure environment.

Some thoughts on combating the menace – Immediate action Five point agenda
India to unite and fight together the menace of Terrorism
India to launch a military offensive on POK, the breading ground for these epidemic of the society
Intelligence agency across the globe to pool in their resource to track and eradicate the financial support system of these terrorist outfits.
The young generation from the mainstream to be trained in guerilla warfare to combat and counter the techniques used by the terrorist. Finally a policy of shoot at site for all individual caught in the act of terror, a fast track court to declare death sentence for all who have been kept and fed in jail to carry out more such operations.

Please send in your vews an also please feel free to add on the agenda for combatting Terrorism

shiv vada pav

hi there

i am back once again,

I saw some thing very interesting yesterday on NDTV, it looked like a special program

A detailed report was presented on SHIV VADA PAV, for all those who do not know, its the new avatar of Vada Pav, now the shiv sena is out there to brand the poor man's food and make people call it " Shiv vada pav".

the rationale if we can have a Mc donald, Jumbo King then why not Shiv Vada Pav.....

It seems that Shiv Sena is using this to reach out to the poor man on the street and feed him with branded products.

A few questions arise is Shiv Sena quiting active politics and joining the race for fast food corners .... or is it looking at funding, to support their loosing battle with MNS ......

if Shiva Sena is able to provide cheaper or competitively priced vada pav, will it be able to entice the voters who for some reason have been outcast for not being born or not able to speak in Marathi.

I am lost and confused with the kind of U turns these politicians take all the time, please do let me know ......

Is Shiva Sena finally fighting the last battle, with MNS and others and is Vada Pav the only survival option

share your views and let see where is mumbai politics heading

Why are muslim outfit always the target of CBI?

hi, friends

sorry for the for the delay in writing back to you all, I appreciate the view expressed by you, would anticipate more participation by you all.

Moving forward, let me update you finally the Mrs Mehta has given birth to a still born child and her traumatic journey has come to a end, let us all wish her luck and good wishes for the future.

I am sure you have seen the recent article about Ahemdabad blast and how SIMI activist are projected as the culprits behind this gruesome act.

I have a question for all, why is it that when ever there is an act of terror in the country the Central Beaureu of Investigation puts the blame on only Muslim outfits, is it because they are a minority or because they have affiliation to Pakistan or other Muslim country.

Do we ever wonder, why is that no Hindu outfit are ever put forward as culprits responsible for these acts . I am sure everyone is aware that every state in the country has gang lords and mafia who have no respect for the country or the people living in this country, then why is it that they are never put forwards but instead have the privilege of getting elected as members of the parliament.

We claim to have the best democratic system in the world. why is it that Muslim across are the country do not feel at home is it because of the 85% hindus or is it because of the politicians that make it a point to keep accusing the Muslims for the terror act in the country. to added to that CBI the mouthpiece of the government keep emphasing on the same.

I want to put this up for debate do we all feel that Muslims are the only people in the country who are capable of terrorist attacks in India and no Hindu will do so?

Or do we feel that Muslims are responsible and they do not feel that India is their country and hate the common people of this country?

Please do share your opinion

Is honesty the best policy

This is a continuation of the earlier introduction.

The last couple of days, the print media has been publishing articles about Mr & Mrs Mehta, who have finally paid dearly for being a law abiding citizen of India.

It is ironical that the Mehta's decided to approach the legal system who are supposedly from gujrat (assuming from their surname) is a state that have forever been in the forefront of illegal abortions.

The Indian legal system has once again managed to leave yet another couple helpless and created a family that has lost faith in the legal system for generations to come.

I dont know why would anyone want to reach out to an outsider (the legal system), at a time when the only sufferers would be the Mehta's and their children.

I would like open this for a debate "Is honesty the Best Policy"

tell me what you think and would like to advise others to do, as for me i would like to advise the couple, if they still have the time.

Please go ahead and do the abortion, go to a place where people dont know you and just get out of this surrounding that will make your life miserable.

if you cannot leave mumbai, please do write a letter to the president and tell him that the legal system sucks and the constitutional rights of individuals are at stake if it does not go in for an overhauling very soon.

Please do post your comments ........
